Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects in whom panoramic radiography shows close approximation of mandibular third molar root with the mandibular canal. 2.Subjects who are systemically fit to go through dentoalveolar surgical process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with systemic illness. 2.Subjects who are not willing to take part in the study. 3.Subjects with radiological evidence of any pathology such as cyst or tumor in the region of 3rd molar. 4.Subjects with altered sensation in the region of supply of the inferior alveolar nerve. 5.Pregnant and lactating women
