Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed cases of PCOS by the Rotterdam criteria Age -16-40 years The patients who are fit for the Matrabasti procedure will be considered for the study

Exclusion criteria: Adrenal or ovarian tumor Thyroid dysfunction Cushing syndrome Hyperprolectinaemia
