Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males who qualified for the Health enhancing Physical activity (HEPA) category (active at least for 1.5-2 hours daily as per International Physical Activity Questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who were involved in structured resistance training. Athletes those involved in eccentric training. Any psychiatric or psychological illness. Reported no history of orthopedic upper limb injuries or any neurological disorders. Subjects shall be requested not to perform any unaccustomed exercise or vigorous physical activity.
