Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Weightlifters who are aged between 25-30 years. 2.Weightlifters who are at least going to gym consistently for past 1 year. 3.Weightlifters who are going to gyms only in southern India mainly in Mangalore. 4.Weightlifters who are performing any kind of Weight Training sports like Cross-fit, Highland Games, bodybuilding, strongman, Olympic weightlifting, and Powerlifting. 5.Weightlifters who are training with or without the supervision of the fitness instructor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Weightlifters who have history of previous non gym related injuries. 2.Weightlifters who have History of musculoskeletal or neurological diseases. 3.Weightlifters who use Anabolic steroids. 4.Weightlifters who have medical conditions like Hypertension, Diabetes, Severe Heart condition, Post surgical patients. 5.Weightlifters who have Language barrier other than English,Kannada and Malayalam. 6. Weightlifters who are pregnant. 7. Weightlifters who do not answer to all questions.
