Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient who are fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Kaphajashiroroga w.s.r sinusitis. 2.Patient of either gender above the age of 18 and below 60 years. 3.Dhoomapana yogya. 4.Nasya yogya.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient below 18 and above 60 years of age. 2.Dhoomapana ayogya. 3.Nasya ayogya 4.Patient suffering from other types of shiroroga. 5.Referred pain in head due to any other disorder of Eye, Ear, Throat, Teeth etc. 6.Patient suffering from uncontrolled Diabetes, tuberculosis, Malignancy and /or any other General Debilitating Health Condition. 7.Patients with fever. 8.Diagnosed cases with notable Neurological diseases. 9.Patients with complications of Chronic Sinusitis such as orbital cellulitis, Osteomyelitis of maxillary bone. 10.Patients who are on medications like Psychoactive drugs.
