Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years Both gender SCI patients of more than three months of duration Willing to undergo bladder ultrasound, Urodynamic study and Uroflowmetry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing diseases with bladder dysfunction Active UTI infection Bladder cyst/ fistula/ calculi Urethral strictures, fistula, false passage Known case of renal disease Other Conditions with bladder dysfunction Psychiatric illness Communication disorders NOT Willing to undergo bladder ultrasound, Urodynamic study and Uroflowmetry

MeasureTime frame
To assess the correlation between bladder dysfunction and the neurological level of injury in spinal cord injury patients using 1.Clinical neurological examination (ASIA chart) 2.Urodynamic study findings: detrusor leak point pressure, bladder compliance, post-void residual volume, maximum cystometric capacity, and uroflowmetry. 3.Bladder ultrasonography parameters: bladder wall thickness, bladder capacity, post-void residual volume, and trabeculations.Timepoint: BASELINE AND STUDY COMPLETION July 2025
