Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Includes all children younger than 18 years who underwent double J stent removal after pyeloplasty to treat hydronephrosis. . All consecutive patients who present with DJ stent retrieval will undergo Vellore catheter snare teachnique.If the technique is unsucessful, Standard DJ stent retrieval with Cystoscopy will be done
