Intervention1: NIL: NIL
Intervention2: Template sized scaled radiograph( X-ray pelvis with both hips), Templating
: 1.Template sized scaled radiograph of patients will be done (X –Ray both hips with
using 36 mm ball marker.
2.Templating will be done using conventional method both on non-affected side or previous THA side.
Total duration of such intervention will be 3 weeks

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years. 2.Patient posted for total hip replacement having normal contour of opposite femoral head and acetabulum without collapse. 3.Patient posted for total hip replacement having opposite total hip replacement done using same template compatible implants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with previous history of pelvis fracture and lower limb fractures. 2.Patients associated with asymmetrical deformity of lower limb Thigh knee leg ankle 3.Patients associated with structural scoliotic deformity.
