Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient has ocular hypertension(IOP more than 21mmHg in either eye) 2.Age 18-65 years of both sexes. 3.The symptoms indicating(Crocus sativa/Physostigma venenosum/Osmium metallicum ) as a Similimum remedy 4.Patients willing to join the study and sign the informed consent form 5.Literate patient: ability to read Bengali and/ or, English and capability and willingness to give inform consent to comply with the study procedure.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient has intra ocular pressure (IOP) greater than 30 mmHg in either eye 2.Patients who will decline informed consent or are unwilling to participate in the study. 3.Other known ocular disease other than ocular hypertension 4.Any related or non-related eye surgery or laser therapy during the study 5.Diagnosed cases of psychiatric or any other chronic systemic illness 6.Pregnant and lactating women 7.Patient undergoing any treatment for any chronic disease within last 4 weeks 8.Substance abuse and or dependence 9.Self-reported immune compromised state
