Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with American society of anaesthesiology physical status 1 and 2, planned for Elective surgery under general anaesthesia, requiring orotracheal intubation with Anticipated difficult airway and TAS more than 6
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Less than 3 finger breadth mouth opening, Pregnancy, Vocal Cord Pathology, laryngeal or pharyngeal friable mass, Refusal to participate
