Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with history of perianal pain, anal discharge or bleeding, perianal swelling

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients allergic to contrast , pregnant females, Patients with metal implants or foreign bodies in their eyes, pacemakers, Claustrophobic patients, Uncooperative and non-consenting patient

MeasureTime frame
The outcome will demonstrate the practical impact of MRI, which when combined with clinical information can help in accurate diagnosis of perianal fistula.Timepoint: Assessment will be done at the end of first visit and then at 3 weeks.
