Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patient who are willing to participate in the study. (2)Patients ofage between 18 and 65 years. (3)Patients with Temporomandibular joint Disorders under RDC Criteria -Localized myalgia ICD-9 729 -Arthralgia ICD-9 524.62. (4)Patients with symptoms of pain in the TMJ region.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patient who has undergone any previous treatment for TMD within a month or undergoing treatment for the same. (2)Pregnancy & Lactating women. (3)Neurological or psychological disorders. (4)Patient undergoing orthodontic or prosthetic treatments. (5)Patients with any history of facial trauma. (6)Patients with swelling or acute pain in the teeth or the TMJ. (7)History of any allergic reaction to herbal preparations.
