Inclusion criteria: ASA GRADE 3 AND 4 DIABETIC PATIENTS POSTED FOR WOUND DEBRIDEMENT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS ALLERGIC TO STUDY DRUGS PATIENTS ON MEDICATIONS FOR CHRONIC PAIN NEUROLOGIC DEFICITS CONTRAINDICATION TO PERIPHERAL NERVE BLOCKS ON ANTICOAGULANT TREATMENT PREGNANT PATIENTS
