Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case of Traumatic Brain Injury 2. Age more than or equal to 18 3. GCS less than or equal to 12

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Head injury date more than 7 days 2. Case is pregnant 3. Case of active coronary syndrome 4. Non-survivable injury case(TBI with b/l dilated fixed pupils or shock within 24 hours of admission 5. Duration of hospital admission more than 72 hours 6. Penetrating type of injury 7. Heart rate less than 60 8. Presence of significant injury in another body region (Abbreviated Injury Scale score is more than 3
