Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Male patients with age between 21 to 40 years 2)Patients having Sperm count less than 15 million per ml According to WHO 2021 and low sperm motility progressive motility less than 32 percent (total motility progressive motility and nonprogressive motility less than 40 percent) 3)Patient willing to provide consent and follow the treatment protocol 4)Patients eligible for Kosthasodhana
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient with sperm count greater than 15 million per ml and low sperm motility and progressive motility greater than 32 percent (total motility progressive motility and nonprogressive motility greater than 40 percent) 2)Patients with age below 21 and above 40 years 3)Patient of aspermia and azoospermia 4)Patients suffering from Varicocele accessory sex gland infection, STD, Systemic diseases like chronic renal failure (CRF), Uncontrolled Hypertension (BP greater than 150/90 mmHg), Diabetes mellitus (RBS greater than 140 mg/dl). 5)Patients with fissure in ano, hemorrhoids, or any other anorectal diseases 6)Genetic disorders like Klinefelter syndrome 7)Patient taking treatment for major psychiatric illness 8)History of previous medication and trauma leading to Oligoasthenospermia 9)Patients having Hematuria (blood in the urine), chronic cystitis, UTI, kidney stones, and bladder stones 10)Known cases of cardiac diseases (H/O MI, IHD) 11)Patient suffering from Urethral Stricture, Phimosis, Meatal Stenosis, Hypospadias, Epispadiasis, and undescended testes
