| Dental implants are gaining popularity all over the world. It is well accepted now that the sinus augmentation plays a vital role in restoration of missing teeth in posterior maxilla. All the methods available presently to do sinus augmentation with lateral window approach and some with crestal approach using osteotome technique involve surgical procedure which is taxing on patients, physically, mentally and financially. Hence this approach for sinus augmentation is less invasive and less technique-sensitive.Timepoint: first visit for screening the patient, Day of implant placement, 24th week for second stage surgery, 25th week Impression Visit, 26th week Prosthesis Placement | — |

| Rehabilitation of missing maxillary posterior teeth may require sinus augmentation due to loss of bone height and density and also pneumatization of the sinus. Thus, selecting an ideal graft material for sinus augmentation is important for the longevity and success of the treatment outcomeTimepoint: first visit for screening the patient, Day of implant placement, 24th week for second stage surgery, 25th week Impression Visit, 26th week Prosthesis Placement | — |
