This study is looking at two ways to fix a mesh during hernia surgery. One method uses special glue, and the other uses stitches. The goal is to see which method works better for patients in terms of safety and recovery after the surgery.

Inclusion criteria: all patients with evidence of primary uncomplicated hernia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency inguinal hernia repair Patients on oral anticoagulants Patients on long term analgesia or steroid treatment BMI more than 35 Liver cirrhosis ASA more than 3 Patient refusal Patients who are known case of bronchial asthma Patients allergic to cyanoacrylate glue
