Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 18yrs - 65yrs of both genders. 2. Chronic periodontitis patients with relative probing depth between 4mm - 7mm. (AAP classification 2017) 3. Presence of minimum 20 natural teeth in both upper and lower arches

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tobacco users. 2. Pregnant and lactating females. 3. Subjects with history of uncontrolled systemic diseases affecting the periodontium. 4. Subjects allergic to medications prescribed during treatment 5. Subjects who have received surgical or non- surgical periodontal therapy 6 months prior. 6. Post-menopausal women.
