Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients age between 20-40 years. Symptomatic failed endodontically treated teeth. Lateral perforations at apical and middle third region. Clacified canal associated with radiolucency. Separated instruments with cannot be retrieved or bypassed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teeth which can be treated by conventional endodontic therapy. Cracks on the crown or root. Vertically fractured teeth. Deciduous teeth. Dilacerated root. Furcal perforation cases Bone loss more than mid root level More than or equal to Grade 2 mobility
