Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health science students. All genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of acute or chronic illnesses such as asthma, heart disease, hypertension, etc. Recent surgeries that limit mobility or participation in high-intensity physical activities. Recent lower limb injury or infection such as fracture, sprain, strain, gangrene, etc.

Maximal oxygen uptake (VO2 max)Timepoint: after the conduction of 20 meter shuttle run test with age & the speed covered by the participant is calculated & VO2 max is calculated with the formula
