Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children between 1-6 months of age with the diagnosis of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension(PAH)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with secondary causes of pulmonary hypertension any congenital heart disease.

Diagnosis of underlying thiamine deficiency in infants with PAH and their mothers and establishment of the incidence of thiamine deficiency in PAH. 3.
