Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Active beauticians with at least 1 year of experience 2.Age range: 20-50 years 3.Diagnosed with or showing symptoms of Upper Cross Syndrome 4.Willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of neck, shoulder, or upper back injuries/surgeries in the past year 2.Neurological disorders or musculoskeletal conditions affecting posture 3.Currently receiving treatment for UCS or related conditions 4.Pregnancy 5.Unable to complete the study assessments
