Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient complaint of Vedana, Krichaartava, Raja Krucchena Vimuchayati ie. pain, scanty menses, menstrual discharge with great difficulty 2. Scanty or average menstrual flow with lower abdominal pain, lower backache, nausea and vomiting 3. Adolescent age 4. Patients having regular menstrual cycle 5. Suffering from painful menses since the onset of menarche. 6. Patient willing to give informed consent to participate in trial. 7. Unmarried females
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with Secondary Dysmenorrhea 2. Patient with fibroid uterus,endometriosis, uterine polp, cyst, PID, etc. 3. History of pelvic infection 4. Having genital malignancy 5. Chronic systemic illness 6. Hormonal abnormalities
