Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers with or without any systemic disease,or psychological disorders were included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects addicted to drugs, subjects with systemic diseases, psychological disorders, and subjects taking antibiotics within last 3 weeks.
