Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosis of Robin Sequence (RS): Infants with mandibular retrognathia, glossoptosis, and upper airway obstruction 2) Breathing difficulties: infants experiencing significant challenges inbreathing due to tongue positioning 3) Medically fit for treatment 4) One parent/guardian a native language speaker 5) Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Consent not obtained 2) Isolated cleft of hard and soft palate without any breathing difficulty 3) Unilateral complete cleft of lip, alveolus hard and soft palate 4) Bilateral complete cleft of lip, alveolus hard and soft palate 5) Congenital hearing loss or structural middle ear anomalies 6) A congenital heart defect
