Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elective unilateral TKA Age between 40 to 75 years Belonging to ASA class 1 and 2 BMI less than 40 Patients with one or two comorbid conditions not interfering in their day to day life under control.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are contraindicated to regional anaesthesia Patients with any coagulopathies and bleeding disorder Infection at the site of block Hepatic or renal insufficiencies, Patients who are allergic to the drugs given in the study Regional anesthesia converted to general anaesthesia
