Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: known case of any cancer patient receiving chemotherapy of age 18 years to 75 years ,of any gender presenting complain of constipation with constipation severity score (1996) between 15-25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient with abdominal pain, patient presenting as alternate constipation and diarrhea, patient not willing to discontinue its ongoing laxative medication during trial period
