Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The NGO Workers who spend at least 2-3 hours a week for provide mental health services for the community 2. The NGO workers who studied up to 12th standard and above 3. The NGO workers who are able to converse Kannada 4. The NGO Workers who are consistently working in the Field level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The NGO workers who have professional qualifications in mental health care.
