Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children of either sex between 08-16 years 2. Children having BMI more than 85th percentile and less than 95th percentile of CDC growth chart and minimum three classical signs and symptoms of Sthaulya viz. Chala Sphika Udara Stana, Aalasya/Utsah Hani, Kshudra Shwasa/Aayase Shwasa, Nidraadhikya, Swedaadhikya, Daurgandhya, Atipipasa, Atikshudha (Due to exogenous causes)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children less than 08 years and more than 16 years of age. 2. Children who are known cases of any systemic, endocrinal illness like DM, Thyroid disorders, HTN, CHD, Asthma etc. or known cases of any psychiatric or genetic disorders.
