Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age Group: 40-70 years. 2. All stable COPD patients (Gold Stage I-IV) and stable patients with obstructive airway disease post-tuberculosis with forced expiratory volume in 1 second / forced vital capacity less than 70 percent. 3. Patients giving consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having acute exacerbations or recent respiratory infections or other infections affecting inflammatory markers. 2.Pregnancy. 3.Patients unable to perform PFT. 4.Patients not giving consent.
