Intervention1: Supraclavicular brachial plexus nerve block: 10 ml of 2% lignocaine will be injected first (5ml (106.5 mg)each at the two points of the plexus), wait for 60 seconds then injection of 20

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In this study we will includes patients from 18 years to 65 years of age of ASA category 1 and 2 scheduled for elective unilateral upper limb surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, previous blood coagulopathy, allergy or hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics, infection at procedure site, pregnancy or suspected pregnancy or breastfeeding mother.
