Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who refers for physiotherapy immediate post CABG. Both the gender. Age above 40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient on ventilator more than 24 hours after CABG. Patient with hemodynamic instability. Patient with oral lesions. Patient with comorbidities. Patient who has cognitive problem and not able to understand the procedure of Incentive Spirometry or Inspiratory Muscle Trainer device.
