Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having the symptoms of pain stiffness tenderness swelling grating sensation in joints and loss of flexibility of the joints

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having age group less than 40 years and greater than 60 years Patient with Rheumatoid arthritis and Gout Patient with patello femoral instability Patient having other systemic illness like Diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular diseases.
