Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premature baby with gestational age 28-34 weeks and body weight 1000 -1500grams, receiving feeding through naso / orogastric with respiratory support and having feeding intolerance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. post op abdominal surgery 2. NEC 3. congenital disease (congenital heart disease, digestive system anomalies ) 4. sepsis
