Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Average to horizontal growth pattern. Overjet greater than 5 mm. Positive pre-treatment visual treatment objective. CVMI stage 4,5,6 No evidence of periodontal or gingival problems at the beginning of orthodontic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with neuromuscular joint disorder. Patients with previous orthodontic treatment. Patients with a history or symptoms of temporomandibular joint disease. Patients with skeletal open bite Severe proclination and crowding of anterior teeth. Patients with compromised peridontium.
