Intervention1: Experimental study design (Pre test Post Test Study): There are two groups. one group with traumatic complete supraspinatus tear and the other group of supraspinatus with infraspinatus

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with traumatic complete rotator cuff tear of supraspinatus and supraspinatus with infraspinatus confirmed by MRI. 2. Passive shoulder range of motion of minimum 120 degree flexion and abduction. 3.Patients without surgical intervention and recent corticosteroid injections in shoulder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Degenerative rotator cuff tears. 2.Patients with shoulder instability. 3.Any previous shoulder pathology, surgery, nerve injury and arthritis. 4. cognitive disorders,Malignancy, systemic joint disease. 5. Pain related to cervical spine, referred shoulder pain.

Effect of specific strengthening exercise on pain, range of motion, disability and quality of life in traumatic complete supraspinatus and supraspinatus with infraraspinatus tear of middle aged persons.Timepoint: 8 weeks of specific strengthening excercise programs with 1 year folllow up.

1.The association between duration of symptoms and recovery. 2. How many patients benefited by specific strengthening exercise programs and can perform their activities of daily living and return to job Timepoint: 8 weeks of specific strengthening exercise programs with 1 year follow up.
