Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of 0-60 year Age Group Both Genders(Male & Female) will be considerd Inclusive of all cast,religions and socio economic conditions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complicated cases of advanced and irreversible pathological conditions Patient more than 60 years

significant improvement:patients with sense of well-being being with decrease in score 0 to 1 without any complications & disappearance of signs & symptoms for which patient came to us without relapse or recurrence during the study duration. Moderate improvement:Patient have relief in symptoms with decrease in score frequency & intensity of episodes of disease. O Not improvement or Status Quo:There is no considerable change observed in complaints & no decrease in score even after administration of homoeopathic similimum.Timepoint: There will be some improvement after prescribing Homoeopathic Medicine with in 9 months periods given in curriculum.	—
