Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of 0-60 year Age Group Both Genders(Male & Female) will be considerd Inclusive of all cast,religions and socio economic conditions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Complicated cases of advanced and irreversible pathological conditions Patient more than 60 years
