Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Cholelithiasis. 2.Gall stone size up to 5mm or less than that. 3.Solitary or multiple gall stones. 4.Asymptomatic patients who are diagnosed to have gall stones, accidentally by US. 5.Gall stone patients with controlled Hypertension Greater than 150/90 mm/hg with medication and Diabetes mellitus RBS Greater than 180 ml/dl with medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases which require surgical intervention. 2.Stone Size more than 5mm. 3.Patients with Cholelithiasis associated with complications such as Acute Obstructive Cholecystitis, Acute Pancreatitis, Liver failure and Carcinoma of Gall Bladder. 4.Known cases of Malignancy and Tuberculosis 5.Pregnancy / lactating women. 6.A condition with severe pain. 7.Uncontrolled Hypertension with medication and Diabetes mellitus with medication. 8.Patients with cardiac disorders and congenital anomalies of Hepato-biliary system.
