Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All subjects diagnosed and assessed on the basis of Ayurvedic and Modern Signs and symptoms of Abhyantara Arsha i.e. Second Degree Internal Haemorrhoids Subjects fit for Kshara karma Subjects with Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension which are under control are also included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects having a Hemoglobin percentage of less than 10 grams percentage will be excluded Female patients with pregnancy will be excluded Thrombosed and secondary pile mass. Subjects with infective conditions like Immuno compromised systemic Disease and malignant conditions Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus more than 250mg per dl and Uncontrolled Hypertension more than 150 per 90mmHg
