Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Persistent non-specific upper thoracic and medial scapular pain for atleast 3 months 2)Pain unresponsive to conservative treatment 3)Average NRS more than or equal to 4 4)Competent to understand and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient refusal 2)Coagulopathy or anticoagulant use 3)Local infection at injection site 4)Hypersensitivity to local anesthetics 5)Severe psychiatric illness 6)Uncontrolled opioid use 7)Pregnancy or lactation 8)Major medical comorbidities affecting study outcomes
