Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who meet at least three out of five high-risk metabolic criteria including Elevated Fasting Plasma Glucose Central Obesity Elevated Triglycerides Reduced High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL)Elevated Blood Pressure Participants who are available at the time of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those participants having physical deformity.
