Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ACR recommends the OA knee diagnostic criteria using history, physical examination and radiographic findings.1. Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria. 2. Patients between the age group 40-70 years of either gender suffering from sandhigata vata(Osteoarthritis of knee). 3. Patients confirmed by X-Ray (According to kellgren lawrence scale for osteoarthritis upto Grade 1 and Grade 2). 4. Patient fit for Pariseka swedana.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 40 years and above 70 years. 2. Patient with Grade 3 and above changes in the affected knee(According to kellgren lawrence scale). 3. Heredity - Due to inherited abnormalities in the shape of bones that surround of knee joint. 4. Patients with open wound or injury on the site of administration. 5. Patient unfit for Pariseka swedana.
