Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients without any systemic conditions. All participants will be at least 18 years old, if a female non-pregnant and non-breastfeeding, and normotensive with no signs of heart disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any systemic conditions patients with allergy to atropine patients with known kidney or liver impairment,anemic, treated with an anticholinergic medication

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in Salivary Flow Rate during Dental Treatment Procedure.Timepoint: measurement of salivary flow at baseline,60 minutes and 90 minutes.

MeasureTime frame
change in systemic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate are the secondary outcomes.Timepoint: time point are baseline ,60 minutes and 90 minutes.
