Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are willing to participate in the study Individuals without any previous exposure to massage therapy

Exclusion criteria: Open wounds and scar on feet Recent surgery Pregnant and lactating women Volunteers with diagnosed medical conditions Volunteers with circulatory problems Volunteers with foot fracture Active gout in the foot Patient with hemophilia
