Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i) Individuals willing for the trial. ii) Age group of 18-50 years irrespective of gender. iii) Blood pressure either Systolic Blood Pressure 130-139mmHg and/or Diastolic Blood Pressure 86-89mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i) Diagnosed case of hypertension or taking anti-hypertensive medication. ii) Pregnant and lactating mothers. iii) Volunteers below 18 years and above 50 years. iv) Other associated systemic disorders ( Diabetes Mellitus,Chronic Kidney Disease etc)

Reduction of Blood Pressure to normalTimepoint: 21 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To see any improvement in quality of life and stress reduction in individualsTimepoint: 1st follow up will be done on 7th day , 2nd follow will be on 14th day and 3rd follow will be on 21st day of trial
