Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy Students aged between 20 to 30 years 2) Health will be assessed using HS-19 scale developed by Kavita Vyas et al WHO QOL BREF scale Warwick Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Participants undergoing any psychiatric treatment and on any psychiatric medications 2) Participants with any acute or chronic disease
