Intervention1: Honey dressing: Patient with leg ulcers will be selected for Honey dressing and Povidone iodine ointment dressing and dressing will be done on alternate day basis for a period of 3 week

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient coming to Acharya Vinobha Bhave Rural Hospital (Sawangi, Wardha), a tertiary care hospital included all patients presenting with leg ulcers measuring less than 15 cm in size and aged over 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for the study encompassed several categories. Patients presenting with venous ulcers, leprosy ulcers, or malignant ulcers were excluded from participation. Additionally, individuals with ulcers accompanied by specific co-morbid conditions, including renal failure (indicated by a serum creatinine level exceeding 3mg/dl), poor nutritional status (observed in malnourished patients), and HIV-positive status, were not considered eligible. Patients currently receiving steroid therapy were also excluded. Moreover, individuals who expressed unwillingness to participate in the study were not included in the research cohort.
