Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient newly diagnosed with depression in atleast 1 anti-depressant visiting the OPD of Department of Psychiatry. 2. Both gender above 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not willing to give informed written consent. 2.Patient with a history of substance dependence or abuse at current visit. 3.Severely agitated patients or those with active suicidal ideation.
