Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed case of Vatarakta w.s.r. to Gout, Age between 20 to 65 years, Patient willing to participate and abide by study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients age less than 20 years and more than 65 years, Patient not willing to participate, Patient having systemic diseases like HTN, DM, Active neoplastic disease, Peripheral vascular disease, Ulceration, Progressive gangrenous changes and Osteoarthritis, Patient having any other Autoimmune disease like RA, SLE, Ankylosing spondylitis, Pregnant and lactating mother.
