Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with second degree internal haemorrhoids Willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with systemic diseases or low haemoglobin levels(less than 10gm/dl) Pregnancy or lactation Co-existing medical conditions like uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus or hypertension Co-existing 3rd or 4th degree haemorrhoids

MeasureTime frame
Changes in Assessment Criteria viz. Post-operative Pain by Visual Analogue Scale, Bleeding Frequency and Amount by Likert Scale, Prolapse, Sphincter Tonicity, ItchingTimepoint: Changes in Assessment will be assessed post procedure, once in 7 days for first 45 days and once in 15 days for next 45 days.

Change in Quality of Life (QoL) by SF-36Timepoint: Assessments will be done once in a week for first 45 days and once in 15 days for next 45 days.
